Connection Vision Art Gallery
The Connection Vision Series explores mankind's connection to the earth, sun and cosmos. Like many of my earlier works, these pieces are an expression of my personal mythology and spiritual beliefs. The issues of life, growth and spiritual transformation are prominently featured at the beginning of the series, and the figure of man is seen striving towards balance in a framework of geometric abstraction. As the series evolves, hard edge circles and squares give way to more biomorphic shapes such as cells and abstract trees. In addition, paint application becomes multi layered yielding energy filled textured surfaces. These are my last oil paintings.
